Baby Angel

 In New York a 23 year old woman dared to leave her dead new born baby in the recycling bin, a she confessed. She has been charge with second degree murder because he strangled her baby to death. In Maria Olivia Guaman’s Confession she admitted that she killed the baby because she just did not want it. The baby was found in a black garbage bag at Brookfield Resource Management Inc., in the bag, that was found on Nov. 12, in there the authorities found, with the dead body, a lottery ticket. When the hospital examined the child they said it was born alive and the results came out to say the baby was a victim of a homicide. When Spring Valley police made a funeral for the baby, they named him the “Bay Angel” and the funeral was held on Nov. 23 at St. Joseph’s church. Even though she killed the baby, she was cleared by the authorities, because she did volunteer to say all the truth.

R.I.P Paul Walker- "If one day the speed kills me, do not cry because I was smiling"

As we all know Paul Walker passed away, his death was on November 30th during an event for a holiday toy drive for Walker's charity, Reach Out Worldwide.The following happened, Paul and a Rodger Rodas, a really good friend of Paul, were at the fundraiser that benefited victims of the typhoon that hit the Philippines, and also the holiday toy drive, when they decided to go out for a drive. Investigators say that speeding was indeed a factor in this scene. When the people in Rodas' custom car shop, which was were the event took place, found out about  the accident, they all grabbed a fire extinguisher, friends and family did too, and they all grabbed their car and drove to the scene, to try to turn off the flames, but it was too late. Everybody was so devastated, and so sad, a lot of fans, celebrities, friends, and family, were just shocked when they heard these news, who would've thought the famous "Brian O'Conner" died doing what he loved to do.

Massacre Of A Family In Juarez City

A 3 month old was the only survivor of a family of 8 members, it was a multi-homicide. The family was found with multiple stabs and injuries of bladed weapons. 2 children of ages 4 and 2, and 2 woman were found tied up with duct tape on their mouths and stabbed in a bedroom bed. The police thinks of of 2 diffrent reasons why they could have been murdered this way. the first one was that it could have been a revenge of the family. the second one is the people that murdered the family wanted to steal their belongings. they are offering a reward of about $30,000 (300,000 pesos) for any clues that can lead to the delinquency of this masacre. This past weekend has also been the most violent weekend in this year, now that the new president is Enrique Pena Nieto.

The Death of a Man & a Baby

Near New Orleans bridge two where killed, a man named Deshawn Butler, and his son Deshawn Kinard. Police suspect that the one who killed them knew Deshawn, even though they don't know who could have been they are looking for the one that killed the man and his son that where on the back seat of a car, and they were shot by an unknown man. This happened about 9:30 on wednesday, the man was pronounced dead on the scene and the baby was taken to a hospital and then later was pronounced dead.

GAS PRICES ARE LOWER AND ARE GOING TO BE EVEN LOWER!

The price in gas in february was high, people were paying up to $3.74 per gallon, but last year april 2012, people were paying $3.92 per gallon, thats almost $4. The highest amount people have payed in the last 9 years was in 2008 there was a huge price increase that went from $3.24 up to about $4.12. Now in the last year the petroleum companies had raised the price because of the brutal hurricane season until now, now the price is lowering down once again. the price has lowered about 20 cents per gallon and is estimated to drop another 25-30 cents per gallon soon.

In LA, Cali. the illegal immigrants are not only using verbal techniques but physical techniques so the government stops deporting them. Luis Gutierrez a congressmen were arrested earlier this month while protesting washington's failure on immigration. the protesters say that how can they be separated from their families. Colorado Re-Opens Rocky Mountain National Park

Colorado decided to pay for the park to stay open until the government reopens. some people think this is crucial to on going flood recovery efforts. Colorado is doing it because it is an economic necessity. john, the governor, and the mayor of colorado cant wait to reopen they say it will help the town. the flood destroyed main roads, but the shutdown really affected the jobs inside and near the rocky mountains. Colorado is paying $40.000, but the federal is going to pay them back.

Woman's Body Found at Sn Francisco California General Hispital

A woman's body was found in an exterior staircase of the hospital. A couple of weeks before a  lady was reported missing from that same hospital but the authorities don't want to give out the identification of the body. A witness told the press that the body did look like Lynne Spawlding. wednesday night around 5 they confirmed that it was Lynne's body. A lot of investigators, policemen, deputies, and detectives where going in and out of the hospital in search of evidence, and answers of what was the cause of her death. people still have no answers.

California wants to give out licenses to undocumented people.

California is preparing themselves to give out licenses to people that don't have documents. they are planing to wait and see the mistakes from the other 10 states that the law had been passed. Data from other states will help so that things that went wrong wont happen in California. DMV's are also waiting to see what types of documents are they going to ask for because they don't want people to get ID, or Driver's licenses with false names, or stolen documents. California is expecting more than 1 million people to apply for a license, they hope this is a success.

Gun Policy at School, "Zero tolerance", gone too far?

Two seventh grade students in Virginia Beach, VA. where playing with an airsoft gun on, 13 year old Khalid Caballero's front lawn with his friend Aidan Clark. They both got a long term suspension which will last until the last day of school, just because a neighbor of his called the police and told them that a kid was shooting an airsoft gun at the tree which had a target and they where near the school bus stop shooting at the students their. The principle from the middle school said the boys were getting expelled and the mother was mad because she says her child is her property and it is not the schools property until he is in the bus or at school, and at least when her child is at the  bus stop.

Seaquist Orchard Trees Sabotaged

Between Wednesday Sept. 18th and Thursday Sept. 19th seaquist orchards found out that a person, or some people, sabotaged their new trees that were planted this spring. Jim and Dale seaquist are very devastated because of what happened. there where over 600 trees, 630 to be exact, that where cut down from the new acres that the Seaquist family bought this spring. the owner, Jim, wants to replant the trees because in my opinion those trees he planted there aren't just their because they want more money, for me it's because he put them up like a trophy that means that they have worked so hard that this is how much progress they have done over the years. the estimated amount of money to replace the trees is about $20,000. the police is trying to find the person or the people who are responsible for all of this and the Seaquist family is giving out a $1,000 reward to people who will give them information leading to the delinquents.

Rebbeca's Suicide

12 year old Rebecca Ann Sedgwick suicides because of cyber bulling. It all started about a year ago, it was about a boyfriend she had at Crystal Lake middle school. Investigators say that they found some disturbing questions online like, “how to get blades out of razors?” , and, “how many Advil's does it take to die?”. Rebecca’s family members found things on her phone that say stuff like, “I hate u,” “you seriously deserve to die,” and, “nobody likes u.” even though Rebecca's mother did everything she could like tell the principle, her teacher’s and, the district, their was nothing they could have done to stop the bullying. When Rebecca's mother told the district they supervised her but the bullying was still torturing her. The district then took her out of school and homeschooled her, then some time passed and Rebecca and her mother moved, and Rebecca went to a new school. Moving schools didn’t help because Rebecca still suicide by jumping off an abandoned cement plant. Rebecca's memorial still continues to grow were she had died. Investigators found 15 girls in social media that could have been involved in Rebecca's death.

18 YEAR OLD GIRL TRAGEDY IN COLORADO (prank gone wrong)

18 year old Premila Lal was shot by her 15 year old brother's friend, Nerrek Galley, after startling her brother and his friend, Nerrek. Premila was a track star at Niwot high school. Premila's only intention was to prank the brother and the friend with her 12 year old cousin, reporters interviewed Premila's parents and they where very devastated, they lost a daughter and the father says that,
"he doesn't want Nerrek to be charged with anything because it was an accident," he also says, "we lost a daughter, i wouldn't want someone else to loose a son."  I think that Nerrek had no right to carry the gun, but I also agree with Premila's dad, that he shouldn't be charged with anything if it was an accident.
