The Diary of Darion Aguilar

Darion Aguilar wrote an apology letter to his family in his diary before he went to the mall in Maryland. His mother told authorities that he was a "gentle, sweet kid", their was no way he could have done this. Policemen say that he probably didn't know his victims which were a 21- year old Brianna Benlolo, and 25- year old Tylor Johnson. Apparently in Darions dairy he apologized to his family "for what he was planning to do", but he never wrote down his plan specifically, and their was no sign of a specific target. On Saturday he went to the mall and walked into a skateboard apparel shop, he fired nine shots at Brianna and Taylor, which were both employees at the shop, and killed them.

Murder of Kim Pham

On Jan. 18 Kim was beaten half to death by 3 woman, outside of a nightclub. When the police found her on the sidewalk she was taken to a hospital and then she died their, 4 days later. She was pronounced dead on Tuesday afternoon. A woman, age 25, Vanesa Tapia Zavalia, who was caught in a video that policemen found at the scene, that someone took while the fight was going on. Vane is charged with murder on Tuesday afternoon, and she has to go to prison for 15 years. But the prosecutors are expected to request her bail be set at $1 million. The nightclub raised $5,000 reward and Santa Ana leaders are putting another $5,000 reward and hope to get news from anyone that has information about the people involved in the beating.

Avalanche (Colorado)

A person was killed and three people were injured on January 7th 2014, the names were not revealed but the three people that were injured, wasn't so badly hurt because they left by themselves and did not have to go to a hospital. Near Vail Colorado during the morning at a place that was not avalanche controlled those 4 people were trapped in an avalanche where it was very steep. Policemen said that the three people that were trapped and the one person that died, where most likely the ones that triggered the avalanche. During this season, in Colorado, this has been the second avalanche death that has happened.

Baby Angel

 In New York a 23 year old woman dared to leave her dead new born baby in the recycling bin, a she confessed. She has been charge with second degree murder because he strangled her baby to death. In Maria Olivia Guaman’s Confession she admitted that she killed the baby because she just did not want it. The baby was found in a black garbage bag at Brookfield Resource Management Inc., in the bag, that was found on Nov. 12, in there the authorities found, with the dead body, a lottery ticket. When the hospital examined the child they said it was born alive and the results came out to say the baby was a victim of a homicide. When Spring Valley police made a funeral for the baby, they named him the “Bay Angel” and the funeral was held on Nov. 23 at St. Joseph’s church. Even though she killed the baby, she was cleared by the authorities, because she did volunteer to say all the truth.

R.I.P Paul Walker- "If one day the speed kills me, do not cry because I was smiling"

As we all know Paul Walker passed away, his death was on November 30th during an event for a holiday toy drive for Walker's charity, Reach Out Worldwide.The following happened, Paul and a Rodger Rodas, a really good friend of Paul, were at the fundraiser that benefited victims of the typhoon that hit the Philippines, and also the holiday toy drive, when they decided to go out for a drive. Investigators say that speeding was indeed a factor in this scene. When the people in Rodas' custom car shop, which was were the event took place, found out about  the accident, they all grabbed a fire extinguisher, friends and family did too, and they all grabbed their car and drove to the scene, to try to turn off the flames, but it was too late. Everybody was so devastated, and so sad, a lot of fans, celebrities, friends, and family, were just shocked when they heard these news, who would've thought the famous "Brian O'Conner" died doing what he loved to do.

Massacre Of A Family In Juarez City

A 3 month old was the only survivor of a family of 8 members, it was a multi-homicide. The family was found with multiple stabs and injuries of bladed weapons. 2 children of ages 4 and 2, and 2 woman were found tied up with duct tape on their mouths and stabbed in a bedroom bed. The police thinks of of 2 diffrent reasons why they could have been murdered this way. the first one was that it could have been a revenge of the family. the second one is the people that murdered the family wanted to steal their belongings. they are offering a reward of about $30,000 (300,000 pesos) for any clues that can lead to the delinquency of this masacre. This past weekend has also been the most violent weekend in this year, now that the new president is Enrique Pena Nieto.

The Death of a Man & a Baby

Near New Orleans bridge two where killed, a man named Deshawn Butler, and his son Deshawn Kinard. Police suspect that the one who killed them knew Deshawn, even though they don't know who could have been they are looking for the one that killed the man and his son that where on the back seat of a car, and they were shot by an unknown man. This happened about 9:30 on wednesday, the man was pronounced dead on the scene and the baby was taken to a hospital and then later was pronounced dead.
